TOUR OVERVIEW

10-23 july 2021
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths (STEAM) are everywhere and shape our everyday experiences, meaning STEAM education is vital and we need to encourage students to understand and embrace these core subject areas.
On this STEAM Europe Tour, students will have the opportunity to visit one of the most fascinating STEAM facilities in the world, CERN in Geneva, the home of nuclear research and the Large Hadron Collider. They will also explore key sights and STEAM museums in Bern and Zurich, before travelling to London. The students will witness the unique design and architecture of London and visit some of the best educational institutes and museums in the world, including the Science Museum.
Students of Napier Girls’ High School will benefit enormously from the fun, engaging and varied environment throughout this once in a lifetime experience. They will be exposed to a whole new realm of learning, as well as creating those lifelong memories!
