Hakuba is the most popular ski destination in Japan and its reputation is well deserved. This former Winter Olympics host resort is only a few hours from Tokyo city by bus or bullet train and therefore a fantastic option for touring ski/snowboard groups.

Hakuba has a great variety of terrain with 9 resorts, over 200 runs and an average of 14 metres of snow per season. You'll definitely find some of that famous Ja-pow here!

We’ve included a flexible Tokyo stop-over either side and can arrange a variety of cultural experiences tailored for your students, making this an excellent sports, cultural and learning experience for students.

DAY ONE

Arrive into Tokyo and start with a Tokyo orientation to include Ueno Park, Meiji Shinto Shrine and the Asakusa Kannon Temple.

DAY TWO

You will enjoy further sightseeing this morning in Tokyo before departing for Hakuba by bus or bullet train. Tonight you will experience a Japanese banquet and sushi making workshop.

DAY THREE

Today you will hit the slopes with your ski pass and a half or full day of ski school included to refine your skills. Equipment hire can also be included.

DAY FOUR

Explore more of Japan’s largest and most renowned ski resort, Hakuba.

DAY FIVE

You will have another full day on the snow discovering today more of Hakuba valley. There are actually 9 different resorts! Take a relaxing soak this evening in a traditional Japanese bath or Onsen.

DAY SIX

Make the most of your last day on the snow in this world class resort today.

DAY SEVEN

You will check out the world famous Jigokudani wild monkey on a Snow Monkey Tour this morning. We’ll then head back to Tokyo this afternoon and witness impressive views over to Mt Fuji from the Tokyo Tower.

DAY EIGHT

Depart Tokyo today and head home with lifelong memories of your Japan experience.
