Welcome to our Destination Aotearoa campaign!

With the Trans-Tasman bubble opening, the appetite for travel to NZ has only increased and so we thought the timing opportune to take you on a tiki tour (albeit virtual for now!), of our fabulous country.

From vast landscapes to fascinating culture, astounding geography and sports opportunities galore - it really is a country of contrasts and opportunities for groups of all ages and subject areas.  Whether you're interested in STEAM, sports or a mix of all, we can create the perfect tour.

We would love to show you around and update you with the latest developments across the regions. We’ve reached out to our regional partners from around the country to help with this and you’ll also have the opportunity to hear from two key destinations - Queenstown and Taupo.

So prepare to be educated and have some fun along the way!

We’ll be drip feeding you bitesize content during the course of the next few months. But if there’s anything in particular you’re keen to learn or know about then reach out to us and we’ll see what we can include.

We can’t wait to bring your groups to explore NZ soon!

We are running the following Virtual Workshops for schools and trade, so sign up to get updated. The timings are aimed for the AU and NZ audience but we'll be recording the sessions and share for all to enjoy.

The stunning South Island is not to be missed. From the coastlines of Abel Tasman National Park; to Mount Cook & Lake Tekapo; NZ’s adrenaline-capital Queenstown; not to mention the awe-inspiring fjords of Milford and Doubtful in the South; the difficulty will be choosing which places to miss out of your itinerary!

Here are a few of our favourite South Island spots:

  1. Visit the International Antarctic Centre in Christchurch.
  2. Pan for gold in charming Arrowtown.
  3. Cruise around Milford Sound - known as the eighth wonder of the world.
  4. Check out the NZ Sports Hall of Fame in Dunedin.
  5. Be amazed at iFLY, Queenstown - the first and only indoor skydiving experience.
  6. Hike a glacier in Franz Josef.

  9. Go stargazing in Lake Tekapo/Mount Cook.
  10. In Nelson, join Chris Jack (ex All Black) for a coaching session.

Whilst the South Island often receives most of the attending, New Zealand’s North Island also has plenty to offer. From Cape Reinga and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds in the Far North, to culture and creativity abound in the country’ capital Wellington, and Taupo and the Tongariro Crossing in the central plateau (plus much more) - you are definitely spoiled for activities and learning opportunities.

Here are a few of our favourite things to do in the area:

  1. Hike the Tongariro Crossing - NZ’s best one day walk.
  2. Get immersed in NZ culture with a stay at Kohutapu Lodge.
  3. Fly high and learn about the local environment at Rotorua Canopy Tours.
  4. Visit the infamous Eden Park with a guided tour.
